By the design-related bending moment of the C-frame results in a minimal oblique position of the mold clamping plates. Due to the swivel joint used in the HL clamping unit and the vertically movable plate, this can follow any change in the position of the fixed plate. In the case of the closing force structure, the movable plate is lifted off the rail guide. This means that no lateral forces can build up in the tool.
