Control cabinet and control "SELOGICA":

The structure of the SELOGICA control system is modular and has a graphics multiprocessor. The screen display can be installed in different language versions for a surcharge. The programmed sequence is shown by symbols as well as the entire cycle and a cycle diagram. The color monitor is rotatably positioned in the center of the operating side.

The operating modes include setup, freely programmed test run, retooling, automatic cleaning and dosing.

Hydraulic system and machine stand:

The hydraulic system uses an energy-saving variable displacement pump and a servo valve to regulate pressure and speed. The oil level, like the oil temperature and the oil filter contamination, is constantly monitored. The oil filter is connected to the return.

The machine stand is attached free-standing on vibrating elements. The ergonomic protective device offers free access to the injection molding tool and the nozzle. The cooling water circuits can be programmed in relation to the machine and tool.
